Chitosan 1% solution is a positively charged fining agent used to remove excess tannin, dead yeast cells, and floccular precipitate.
Directions: shake before using. Gently stir into wine, beer, or other beverage at the rate of 150-200 mL per hL. For best results, use in conjunction with Kieselsol. Add Kieselsol first. Allow 12-48 hours in a cool area to clear.
Contains water, chitosan (shellfish derivative), and malic acid (preservative).
