When you shop with Water'n'Wine, you are protected by our industry-leading Client Satisfaction policies.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. We stand behind our products and recommendations. If you're not happy with your wine, beer, or cider kit, for any reason, we'll replace it or refund your money1.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. We will match any advertised competitor price or promotion2. In the event of overlapping promotions, you will always be entitled to the better deal.
Items in their original packing and in original condition can be returned within 30 days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable and refrigerated goods such as grains and hops cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you received damaged goods. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
1 We're happy to replace any wine or beer kit that doesn't meet your expectations. We do ask that you do four things to help us out:
Save the production code. For most boxed kits, this is a sticker on one of the box flaps. If you made the product on-site, we take care of this step.
Allow the product to condition & age for at least 1 month once packaged. Most products (especially wine) change dramatically during the first few weeks after packaging. A wine that you don't enjoy on bottling day could be your favourite batch two weeks later!
If you are making the wine or beer at home, please follow all included instructions unless instructed otherwise by our staff.
Bring us a sample. This often allows us to determine what went wrong and serve you better next time.
We reserve the right to ask for the wine or beer back. Please keep at least 75% of the original yield to ensure we can process a refund or exchange. We are unable to replace products that have been discarded or consumed before contacting us.
2 Please share the advertisement for the promotion or price to be matched with us so that we may verify it. Often the easiest way to do this is by emailing us the link to the promotion. We cannot match promotions that are unadvertised or that cannot be verified.
