Wine Conditioner

Wine Conditioner is a combination of sugar/sorbate solution for adding to a fermented wine to give it some residual sweetness. The sorbate helps prevent fermentation of the sugar that you are adding. The more Wine Conditioner you add, the sweeter the wine gets.

Ingredients; Invert sugar, water, potassium sorbate.
