Concentrated red grape juice can be used for sweetening wine after stabilizing or as a body enhancer. Should be given time to re-clear after adding. Add to taste. Seal tightly when not in use. It is impossible to unsweeten wine once concentrate has been added. When in doubt, add the minimum amount first, adding more when necessary, or only add to a part of the wine, blending the rest in if it becomes too sweet.
