Aroma Profile
Galaxy is a unique breed of hops that has the distinction of sporting the highest percentage of essential oils in the industry. It has an amazing citrus, peach and passion fruit aroma, especially when used as a late addition. The flavor is often quite intense upon production but mellows as it matures.

Pedigree
Galaxy® was developed by the HPA breeding program in 1994 and commercialized in 2009. Its ancestry is the result of a cross pollination of high alpha Australian and Perle hops.
