Campden Tablets

Campden tablets contain about 450 mg of metabisulfite salt. They are used as sterilizing agents, typically to eliminate wild yeast before beginning fermentation.

Directions: Add 1 crushed tablet per gallon (4L) of juice and mix well. Wait 24 hours before pitching yeast.
