Cascade is the most popular variety in craft brewing and is known for having a unique floral, spicy and citrus character (especially grapefruit) with balanced bittering potential.

Pedigree
Cascade was developed by the U.S.D.A. breeding program based in Oregon. Its ancestry is the result of a cross pollination of Fuggle, Serebrianka and Native American hops.
