AcceleVIN K.C.1. contains a special blend of selected wine yeast mixed with 3 different nutrient salts. When added with the standard 5g yeast sachet contained in most wine kit add-packs, it will reduce the fermentation time from 21 to 5 days. For wine kits that contain Super-Kleer K.C. or equivalent two-part clearing agents. Note that accelerating fermentation does not accelerate aging.

A note about winter shipping: this product contains Kieselsol. When Kieselsol freezes, the active ingredient crystallizes, which permanently reduces its effectiveness. During the colder months, we do our best to thermally insulate it in your parcel. However, we cannot replace Kieselsol products that freeze during shipping. Avoid ordering this product during very cold spells.
