A lower-alcohol, hoppy, West Coast-style session IPA. Light toffee and caramel notes support fresh citrus aromas with notes of lemongrass, lime zest, grapefruit peel, and some tropical flavour courtesy of heavy-hitting American hops.

Standard brewing equipment is required. For extract kits, a stock pot or kettle (at least 14 litres) and a large straining bag are recommended.
