Refreshingly fruity, spicy and bubbly, Witbier is both flavourful and light, with an ever-present wheat aroma. It's airy and medium-bodied with a creamy smooth mouthfeel and a lightly tart finish. The addition of orange peel and coriander go back hundreds of years and are a nice touch on a classic beer.
