Used to reduce total acidity in wine.
Directions: Add 1 tsp (5 mL) per 4 L of wine to reduce total wine acidity by approximately 0.5 grams per litre. pH will increase by 0.1. Do not use to reduce acidity by more than 2 grams per litre. Works best on pre-chilled wine.
Contains water, potassium carbonate, glycerine.
