Categories of sweet wines

We're happy to announce our sweet wine line-up for Fall 2018! No wine collection is complete without a sweeter sipping wine to enjoy after dinner, especially as we begin to prepare for the holiday season.

Don't be scared by the word sweet! Craft wines are, in general, less sweet than the wines you would buy at the liquor store. Most of the products below would be considered a "medium" for sweetness in commercial wine terminology. We're here to help if you any questions about these wines, or if you'd like a recommendation based on your personal taste. These products are only available for a limited time, so get yours while you can!

NEW Island Mist Chocolate Orange - A brand-new offering from Winexpert, this blend of zingy oranges and decadent chocolate is a light, lower-alcohol alternative to heavier ports and dessert wines.

Niagara Mist Chocolate Cherry - A returning favourite! Chocolate and cherry is a fabulous pairing, and this wine cooler is great on its own or with a slice of cake.

NEW Après Peach Ice Wine - We're so happy to have this offering available after a seven year absence. Enjoy with dessert, or make it the dessert! The natural acidity of the peaches balances the sweetness of ice wine. It's also great to add to cocktails, much like a schnapps.

Après Chocolate Raspberry - This wonderful dessert wine has won gold at the Winemaker Magazine Competition for 11 straight years. Amazing on its own or when poured on vanilla ice cream.

NEW Cru Specialty Crème Brûlée- New from RJS Craft Winemaking this year, this decadent dessert wine features aromas of caramel, vanilla pods, and raisins with a subtle toasty character. If you're looking for a full-flavoured dessert wine, look no further!

Many of the staple dessert wines in the RJS line-up are returning, including:

Cru Specialty Coffee Dessert Wine

Cru Specialty Black Forest Dessert Wine

Cru Specialty Raspberry Mocha Dessert Wine

Cru Specialty Toasted Caramel Dessert Wine
