Restricted Quantities 2022 Banner Image

This year, passion takes the stage with the Restricted Quantities ¡OLÉ! Collection -- a carefully curated collection presenting five exclusive wines from three Hispanic regions.

Experience the excitement and allure of craft winemaking as it takes center stage with some of the most dynamic wine varieties from the culturally rich regions of Spain, Argentina, and Chile.

RJS Craft Winemaking and Water'n'Wine Truro are delighted to share this collection that is as diverse and colourful as the cultures that inspired it. These five wines are guaranteed to impress. Each wine is available for $149.99 and represents the highest quality offering from RJS Craft Winemaking.

The ¡OLÉ! Collection is scheduled for a staggered release, starting in January and finishing in April. They are available by pre-order. The deadline for pre-order is Friday, November 12th, 2021.

La Cueca Chilean Sauvignon Blanc Banner

Sauvignon Blanc is widely grown in Chile, and the country produces some of the most popular Sauvignon Blancs in the world. Fruitier than French examples and less pungently aromatic than New Zealand Sauv Blancs, you can expect this wine to be light, refreshing, and thirst-quenching. Available January 2022.

El Tango Malbec Bonarda Syrah - Argentina - Banner

Argentinean Malbec is legendary. Deep colour, intense fruity flavours and a velvety texture are all characteristic of the style. The inclusion of Bonarda smooths out Malbec's tannins, and Syrah provides even more fruit aroma to this delightful full-flavoured red. Available January 2022.

El Zambra Monastrell Spain

Monastrell, also known as Mourvedre, is perhaps better known as the M in the popular GSM blends seen in France and Australia. The small, thick-skinned grapes produce wines with intense colour, high tannins, rich aromas, and strong, complex flavours. It is particularly good as a pairing for cheese-centered dishes, especially pizza. Available February 2022.

Petit Verdot is often used as a blending grape, and is well-known for its role in Bordeaux blends. It's popular with winemakers for its ability to add colour, structure, and aroma to otherwise mild wines. As a varietal wine, Petit Verdot is bold, full, and rich. Available March 2022.

Rosé is experiencing a revival, which is great to see! We've had tremendous success with the Restricted Quantities rosés in recent years. The regions of Spain bordering France produce some of the greatest examples of rosé in the world. We know you'll be impressed by the expressive fruit flavours of this wine. Available April 2022.
