We are considered an essential service under the current guidelines and continue to operate at 25% capacity.

Actions we are taking

We have limited our hours to 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Masks are mandated for our staff and clients in all public areas of our facility.

Hand sanitizer is available to our shoppers.

We have installed plastic shielding on our bottling stations and check-outs.

We have encouraged our team to be vigilant about taking common-sense safety precautions including regular hand-washing.

Our standard winemaking protocols already include the regular bleaching of commonly-used surfaces. We are extending that protocol to the retail side of our operations, with frequent sanitizing of surfaces like keyboards, payment terminals, and retail counters.

Curbside delivery and postal delivery options are available.

If you have wine in our facility

We are bottling wine as per usual and disinfecting the equipment that our clients touch in-between each bottling appointment. We strongly encourage our clients to follow COVID-19 directives laid out by the Province, including self-isolation and distancing protocols.

If you are uncomfortable coming in to bottle your wine at this time, rest assured that it is okay for it to stay in our winery for now. The shelf life of wine stored in bulk is reasonably long.

Moving Forward

If anything changes for us with respect to our operations, we will update this page and email our newsletter subscribers.

Home winemakers: you probably already have chlorine detergent (the pink powder) at home that you use as part of your brewing. That detergent is a suitable disinfectant for hard surfaces in your home. Dilute as directed on the label and spray liberally on a clean paper towel as an inexpensive substitute for disinfecting wipes.

We are proud to say that we have operated safely throughout the pandemic and continue to provide comprehensive service for our clients.
