Water’n’Wine has been serving Nova Scotians since 1994. In 2012, the operation was expanded to include on-site brewing. Hundreds of Nova Scotians could now have their wine made in-store, and take home their made-to-order craft wine at a fraction of the liquor store price.
Today, we're Colchester County's largest brewing store and as passionate as ever about wine, and making your money go further.

Brian Jackson One of the co-owners of Water’n’Wine, Brian has been with the company since it began in 1994. He has a Bachelor of Commerce, and experience in corporate retail. If asked about his favorite drink, his reply is “the next one”. |

Evelyne Jackson Evelyne co-owns the business with Brian. She has degrees in biology and office administration, and is certified by the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers. When not helping her customers with wine choices, she enjoys pairing wine with food, and likes to knit. |

Theresa Burgoyne Head Winemaker at Water’n’Wine, Theresa has been with the company since 2013. She is well-organized, personable, and kind-hearted, and enjoys music, dance, wine, and the outdoors. |

Eric Jackson Eric is the company’s Marketing Coordinator, and has been a member of the team since 2015. He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Dalhousie. |

Cathy Burke Cathy has been with the company since 2008 as a customer experience specialist. She has education in funeral services and computer sciences, and is also a certified hairstylist. Outside work, she enjoys reading and writing. |

Sarah Naugle Sarah has been a member of the Water’n’Wine team since 2013. She describes herself as a go-getter, which serves her well in her role of merchandiser. Prior to taking her position here, she worked in hardware for 8 years. When not at work, she enjoys crafts - particularly drawing - and has since her youth. |

Scott “Scotty” Latham Scotty, Water’n’Wine’s beer specialist, has been with the company since 2019. He studied Culinary Arts in college, and spent 22 years in the culinary industry. When he’s not providing his beer expertise, he's busy raising three young kids. |
