Best Case Belgian Honey IPA
A relatively new trend - Belgian IPA combines the best of two worlds! This creative beer was established in the mid 2000's by savvy brewers who began using Belgian yeast to ferment their pale ales and IPAs. This kit also features Nova Scotia honey which adds a subtle yet unique complexity.
This substantial beer is brimming with citrusy hop character, subtle nuances of honey, and is completed by a delicate spice from the traditional Belgian yeast.
