An alternative to corn sugar in extract beers. This sugar syrup is designed to imitate the fullness and slight sweetness of malt extract without adding colour or flaovur. One litre replaces 1 kg of of dextrose and is sufficient for standard 23 L extract beer kits.
Use in light ales and lagers to make less dry, smoother beers. Since this syrup contains some non-fermentable sugars, potential alcohol will be lower than when using 1 kg of dextrose.
Ingredients: Maltose, dextrose, maltotriose, saccharides.
